Healthcare Consultant Manager
Prometheus Federal Services (PFS) is a trusted partner to federal health agencies. We are exploring the addition of an experienced Healthcare Consultant Manager to support our clients in the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The selected candidate will be part of a multidisciplinary team focused on providing project management and support across mission-focused programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead complex, veteran-focused programs by managing multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams while consistently exceeding client expectations
- Direct the development of high-visibility deliverables and program artifacts aligned with client objectives
- Assess existing practices and recommend data-driven improvements to enhance program effectiveness and outcomes
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience
- Demonstrate responsibility supporting complex, team-based engagements within consulting organizations, government agencies, or federal support contractors
- Experience with consulting methodologies such as change management, project management, and process improvement, to drive successful outcomes
- Experience with project management tools to plan, track, and execute work effectively
- Operate effectively in project environments requiring collaboration across multiple functional subject areas
- Translate complex concepts into clear, concise, and accessible information for diverse stakeholder audiences
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in the U.S. indefinitely without sponsorship
- Ability to obtain a public trust
