Position Summary
Prometheus Federal Services (PFS) is a trusted partner to federal healthcare agencies, seeking a Healthcare Staff Recruiter/Account Manager to join our team to support a complex federal contract with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs/Veterans Health Administration. The incumbent will support our Integrated Critical Staffing Program Management Office with all activities spanning pre- and post-award, with a focus on working with teaming partners and clients across multiple contracts to ensure the successful delivery of services to Veterans.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Supports the development and execution of temporary healthcare staffing solutions to meet program and client needs.
  • Serves as a primary point of contact for government stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
  • Builds, strengthens, and manages relationships with a large network of teaming partners across multiple contracts.
  • Ensures full compliance with all staffing requirements, credentialing standards, and program criteria.
  • Coordinates activities spanning pre-award planning through post-award execution to ensure operational readiness and successful service delivery.
  • Monitors performance metrics, identifies risks, and supports continuous improvement efforts across the staffing program.
  • Recruits healthcare providers for current and prospective clients, including screening and interviewing candidates, supporting salary negotiations, and guiding selected candidates through the onboarding/credentialing process with support from the PFS ICSP team.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience working in a healthcare setting.
  • Demonstrated experience leading or managing a large partner or vendor network to achieve customer requirements.
  • Experience staffing or recruiting under the Service Contract Act (SCA), including familiarity with SCA wage determinations and compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with healthcare staff credentialing, training, and onboarding processes.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. indefinitely without sponsorship.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance, if required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing teaming partnerships, vendor relationships, or multi-organization collaboration efforts in a federal contracting environment.

The posted salary range represents PFS's good-faith estimate for this role. Actual compensation offered will be determined by a combination of factors, including but not limited to: the candidate's education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience; internal equity; geographic location; and contract and organizational requirements. PFS is committed to fair, consistent, and equitable compensation practices across the organization, and offers are calibrated to maintain internal pay equity while remaining competitive in the external market.

Salary Range: $71,354 - $100,000
